Background Check

In order to volunteer, a Background Check is REQUIRED.  A BCI (Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation) background check is needed for most individuals.  However, a BCI & FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation) level background check is needed for those who have lived outside of Ohio within the past 5 years.

We will be gathering together to get our team background checked.  Click on the Sign Up below if you are able to attend.

If you get a background check on your own or with our group, you will need the following:

• State Issued Photo ID with current address (mail works if your address recently changed) 

• BCI Code: School Employee - non teaching position (3319 39B1)

• Mail Background Check to: Buckeye Jaycee Foundation 5905 Beechcroft Rd, Columbus, OH 43229

If you have had a background check within the past 12 months and can get a copy from your employer, let us know.
