Jaycees Ultimate Mentor Program
This is a 12 week program specifically targeting underprivileged 4th and 5th graders. The goal of this program is to show students that through pride in your work, perseverance, and a positive attitude you can have a great career!
We have partnered with NorthGate Intermediate School to provide mentorship to 20 of their students.
Working with the students every week for 90 minutes after school we will provide a meal, help with homework, have a speaker in different career fields, do an activity, and allow the children to work on curriculums.
Ideally we would like to have 10 volunteers a week, giving us a 2 to 1 student to mentor ratio.
